Flexible lease terms ranging from 1 to 15 months are available for apartments in Washington, DC. Lease terms are subject to change without notice.

Tours & Moving

Highland Park at Columbia Heights Metro offers escorted in-person tours for prospective renters in Washington, DC.

Yes. Prospective residents should check in at the front desk before meeting with a leasing agent for their scheduled tour.
New residents should complete all lease documents, utility setup requirements, and move-in preparations before receiving apartment access.

Resident Services

Residents can manage payments, maintenance requests, and lease information through the online resident portal.

Building Link is used for resident communication, reservations, and community updates.
Residents can make rent payments online through the resident payment portal or approved payment systems.
No. Highland Park at Columbia Heights Metro requires the full rent balance to be paid in accordance with lease terms.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
If the online portal is unavailable, residents may submit a cashier’s check to the leasing office or designated rent drop box.

Pet Policies

Yes. We are a pet-friendly apartment community in Washington, DC that welcomes cats and dogs.
Highland Park at Columbia Heights Metro allows up to two pets per apartment home.

The following breeds are generally prohibited according to our pet policy

Service animals are generally exempt regardless of breed. Management must approve all animals. Lease holders and applicable occupants are required to complete a Pet Screening Profile.

Parking & Transportation

Yes. Assigned and unassigned parking options are available for residents in Washington, DC.
No. Highland Park at Columbia Heights Metro does not currently offer guest parking for visitors.
Yes. Residents have access to complimentary bicycle storage in the community garage.
Non-residents cannot lease parking directly from the community, though garage parking may be available through third-party providers.
